SKS Airways Charter Flight Terms of Carriage

Booking and Reservation

The charter flight booking with SKS Airways is subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking.
Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or refund procedures, will be outlined by SKS Airways.

SKS Airways will provide the agreed-upon departure and arrival times for the charter flight.
The flight schedule is subject to change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or other factors beyond SKS Airways' control.

SKS Airways requires a complete passenger manifest, including names, contact information, passengers' weight, and any special requirements.
Any changes or additions to the passenger manifest should be communicated to SKS Airways in advance.

Each passenger on SKS Airways charter flights is allowed a specific baggage allowance in terms of weight and size, as specified by the aircraft's weight capacity.
Excess baggage may be subject to additional fees or may require separate arrangements.

Any behaviour that jeopardizes the safety or comfort of others on board may result in the passenger being refused boarding or removed from the flight.

SKS Airways reserves the right to substitute the originally contracted aircraft with an alternative one of similar capacity and capabilities.

Flights may be delayed, diverted, or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
SKS Airways will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions caused by weather conditions.

Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance coverage, including medical and personal liability.
SKS Airways maintains insurance coverage for the aircraft and its operations.

1st 50% payment within 1 week of Invoice
2nd 50% payment 2 weeks of Invoice
Fare is non-refundable.
Change date is FOC, subject to availability 7 days before departure.
Reroute is allowed, subject to availability 14 days before departure.
Total passengers must be confirmed i.e., no deduction in passengers 14 days before outbound departure. No refund/credit shell will be given if there is a deduction in the number of passengers.
Any change in traveler must be done 7 days before outbound departure.
Name change is not allowed within 7 days before outbound departure.

The charter agreement with SKS Airways is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is executed.
Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
