  • Whose age on the date of travel is below two (2) years but above nine (9) days old.
  • An infant may travel provided he sits on an adult’s lap.
  • Only one (1) infant is allowed per adult.
  • We do not allow baby seats, carriers or strollers on board the aircraft and the same must be stowed in the aircraft hold during flight.
  • Up to 3 Infants can be accepted per flight sector due to safety reason.

Excess Baggage

Due to limitations in the size of the aircraft cabin/luggage compartment on DHC6-300 Twin Otter aircraft; we are UNABLE to accept checked baggage exceeding 7Kg. We advise you to pre-plan packing of your personal effects, sports equipment and other travelling gear NOT exceeding 7Kg before heading to the airport. Correspondingly, we are NOT accepting or charging excess baggage during check-in. Other related holiday equipment/gear such as Golf, Surfboard, Snorkelling, Diving equipment and such are available for rent at the respective destinations you are heading to.

  • Name Correction or Spelling Error
  • If Guest’s name was misspelled at the time of booking, he/she must inform our Contact Centre or walk-in to our Airport Ticketing Office (ATO) to request for correction.
  • Free-of-charge amendment for error involving 2 to 3 alphabets.
  • If more than 3 alphabets; there is a fee of MYR150 to be imposed per guest.
  • If the error unintentionally made by our reservation staff, the amendment shall be made free of charge.

 

Change Name

Changing name on original Guest booking to another Guest name is not allowed once the booking is confirmed.
