5. Building brand loyalty: Responsible for building brand loyalty among the airline's customers. They work to create a positive customer experience and build loyalty through the loyalty program.Analyzing and reporting on loyalty program metrics: Analyzes and reports on loyalty program metrics to ensure that the program is effective. They use data to make informed decisions and adjust the program as needed.
6. Managing the loyalty program team: Manages a team of loyalty program professionals. They are responsible for ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to meet the airline's loyalty program needs.Responsible for managing the airline's loyalty program to build brand loyalty and promote the airline's goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible to maintain and track daily Flight Operations Voyage Report comments. Maintain and organize Flight Operations data filling.
2. Tracking in and outgoing Head of Flight Operations correspondent, monitoring of Crew Member FTL/FDP limit as backup from OCC and other administrative tasks required by Head of Flight Operations. Responsible for maintaining FTL/FDP tracking as per Regulatory Requirements.
3. Perform verification of Flight Crew Members actual flying hours and other relevant particulars recorded in the Flight Crew Member’s personal flying logbook.
4. Assist in ensuring all Voyage Report complaints / reports by Flight Crew Members are responded and actioned accordingly.
5. Review the Flight Crew Members Qualification Expiry and liaise with the Training Division for the purposes of establishing follow up actions.
6. Make arrangement for Flight Crew Members HOTAC.
7. Compile Flight Crew Members Productivity Allowance Report.

Job Description:

1. Implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) within Flight Operations.
2. Ensuring that Flight Operations conduct on safety and security meets or exceeds regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
3. Managing and providing independent quality management within Flight Operations.
4. Providing continuous safety enhancement initiatives to reduce safety risk to as low as reasonably practicable.
5. Ensuring safety investigations are conducted expeditiously, as required for an incident.
6. Ensuring risk assessments for new and ongoing operations are conducted as required.
7. Coordinating with other departments within Flight Operations to ensure findings raised are closed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Aviation Management or Minimum 2 years’ experience in Airline’s Flight Operations.
2. A pass in Bahasa Malaysia/English at SPM or similar qualifications recognized by the government
3. The candidate also must be able communicate, read & write in the English Language satisfactory.
4. Also has strong computer literacy skills & a sound knowledge of Flight Operations.
5. Chief pilot flight safety (CPFS)

Requirements:

1. Must have practical experience & expertise in the application of application of aviation safety standards & safe operating practices; comprehensive knowledge of CAA 1969, MCAR 2016 & any associated requirements & procedures operations specification, operations manual (OM), safety management system (SMS) or maintenance Management Manual where applicable
2. Should possess thorough knowledge and relevant qualification relevant to safety. Candidates that have undergone any courses related to safety from a recognized institution such as ICAO, IATA, CAAI etc shall have advantage to this position
3. Should possess excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
4. Should be able to produce and write comprehensive, accurate and detailed technical reports.
5. To be eligible for this post in compliance to CAR2016, ORO.AOC135 Personnel Requirement for Nominated Post Holders.
6. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Safety related field or similar position

To ensure material or equipment readiness and obtained from the sources approved by SKS Airlines to meet and comply with the requirements to service the aircraft. Maintaining the airworthiness of the parts is mandatory in order to continue aircraft airworthiness required by CAAM. Raw and standard parts must be traced from the organization's ability to comply with CAD 8601.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Perform incoming inspection of components including parts, tooling and equipment.
2. Ensure the receiving parts and tooling meet the requirement such as certification issuance by the vendor, provided the materials come with the approved sources and meet the CAAM requirements compliance with CAD 8601 and MOE.
3. Ensure the proper storage system as recognized by CAAM
4. Storage must be well maintained and organized in accordance with CAAM requirements including bonded store, quarantine, and dope store.
5. Responsible in store management - Store management shall organize with store procedure by updating the store procedure manual, implementing security and safety programs in accordance with Safety Management System by the company.
6. Provide a report to maintain the data inventory and records of usage.
7. Consumption report shall be submitted for management to review.
8. Plan and execute stock count - Stock count will be held at least once in a year in order to finalize data inventory stock balance and submit the final data to the finance department for their records before closing the end year report.
9. Provide logistics arrangement - Management of logistics for outgoing spares, tools or equipment to be dispatched out from the facilities for repair, warranty claim, support other station requirements and also put the logistics in top priority for AOG shipment whenever needed.
10. Will be able to work after working hours, weekends and holidays. Ready to give full support in order to gain more experience in parallel by achieving the company goal and objectives.

Qualifications

1. Carry out high standards of maintenance on aircraft in accordance with approved data.
2. Ensure aircraft is maintained with approved tooling and equipment, dully calibrated where applicable
3. Ensure designated task and rectification updated inside AJL/DMI and maintenance database system
4. Raise the necessary document for any maintenance work performed
5. Provide full support during AOG situation
6. Control and ensure parts wastage is minimal for cost effective maintenance.
7. Troubleshooting to be carried out and to ensure defect confirmation prior to raising requisition for spares

9. Liaise with Supply Chain and Store on availability of aircraft spares

Requirements

1. Possess a valid CAAM Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
2. Possess a valid SKS Airways authorization as laid in MOE procedure.
3. Possess a minimum of two trades authorization within CAAM Part 66 license and rated on type.

Job purpose

Ensure the regulations, policies, procedures and work processes are in line and follow security requirement binding with NCASP, NCASTP NCAQCP and AOSP.

This position reports to the Head of Aviation Security. The objective is to ensure the safeguarding of international civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference. The job's overall purpose is to ensure that all key responsibilities are implemented as local and international governing bodies require. The aviation industry remains a legitimate target in the eyes of terrorists. Security controls are applied to ensure that all SKS Airways flights start from a secure environment. Frequent quality control methodologies and investigation techniques are applied to evaluate adherence to standards and ensure quality control. Supervisory activities involve the AVSEC training requirement such as Basic AVSEC, Security Awareness, Bomb Threats, AVSEC Management, Profiling, Investigations and etc.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Revising SOPs and Job Description for AVSEC Personnel.
2. Monitoring any cases reported and investigation process.
3. Monitoring and maintaining statistics for AVSEC records.
4. Responsible for providing Emergency response, anti-sabotage, and anti-pilferage operations and ensuring an effective threat/occurrence response capability for SKS Airways.
5. Closely monitoring compliance and effectiveness of AVSEC Personnel performing duty on the operation side at all SKS Airways Stations.
6. Monitoring and responding to any security incidents at operation and line stations.
7. Establishing and maintaining effective liaison with other Airline Liaison Officers regarding the latest issues on fraudulent travel documents and features.
8. Scheduling audits to all SKS Airways destinations.
9. Updating and amending all documents based on the latest requirements by regulatory.
10. To ensure the security of daily operations of SKS Airways services, staff, and properties.
11. To develop and promulgate company-wide security standards and practices.

17. Identifying potential security concerns, collecting and analyzing data on trends and patterns, reviewing security and inspection reports, and formulating alternatives to address trends and concerns.
18. Investigating and assessing operational security incidents.
19. Assessing threats and risk management and response to emergencies/crisis situations.
20. Representing the company in disciplinary inquiries.
21. Analyzing all the reports on security and inspection to ensure that they are done in accordance with the transportation security requirements.
22. Monitoring the airport's security status and recognizing any possible problems.
23. Ensuring planned counter-measures are commensurate with the risk to SKS Airways and its contractors.
24. Monitoring the security of other airlines in which SKS Airways has a financial stake or codeshare to safeguard the airline's investment and reputation.
25. Providing 24 hours response to incidents including bomb threat assessment and other emergencies.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

1. Assist developing the menu with Head of IFS, managing all menu, beverages, dry stores supplies, promotional and conceptual changes inflight to ensure all aligned with the agreed set basic standards, such as equipment usage, packing and service plan; and are communicated properly in a timely manner. He/she will work with the Cabin Crew Department, Inflight Service Delivery Team and caterers to deliver and execute the menu concept and catering proposition.
2. Be accountable for formulating policies and procedures on Food & beverage planning and delivery and ensuring the safety of all F & B uplift meets SKS Airways, MOH, and international standard sets and in timely manners (OTP).
3. Liaise and monitor closely with caterers for the compliance of airline set requirements and ensure the meals prepared for in-flight use are well balanced in terms of ingredients, cuisine selection and meet the nutritional requirements of our passengers.
4. Engage with all concerned teams that the integrity of SKS Airways cabin safety policies and procedures for in-flight catering concepts are maintained at all times.
5. Fully support IFS quality and safety outcomes including implementation and monitoring of the relevant safety, HACCP, JAKIM and quality activities and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and approved procedures.
6. Oversee in-flight food and beverages planning and delivery activities across SKS Airways on time.
7. Be responsible for OPEX & CAPEX of SKS equipment, meals, dry store, and beverages against SKS budget.
8. Support Cabin Crew & Marketing department– for scenario study and cost projections for new or change of catering proposition
9. Work with Cabin Crew & Marketing Department – On food & beverage related projects.
10. Oversee Menu Planners’ activities and what shall focus on (ie menu planning & Oversea meal presentation activities as well as cost target, etc), in consultation with the Head of In-Flight Services.
11. Oversee IFS Operation to maintain Catering Planner - specification data and ensure it is up to date and on time with current menu cycle information.
12. Oversee Support & Development Team on SKS menu card production, translation works (from the outsourced company), and content management (e.g., use of font and font size, etc) to ensure the standard can be met and according to SKS Brand guidelines.
13. Oversee planning for inflight menu, dry store & beverage tendering, and selection exercises for new caterers/ suppliers and/ or contract renewals.
14. Work with Caterer Culinary Design Team to apply the latest food science and technologies to enhance the products, processes, and cost advantage.
15. Review and approve specifications information for tender and regular menu/ dry store/ beverage presentations.
16. Oversee caterers/ suppliers’ relationship for menu planning, dry store & beverage-related activities.
17. Work with Cabin Crew & Marketing Department in developing the agreed meal concepts standard into equally/ parallel service standards. Conduct inflight trials and plan implementation with the support of IFS.
18. Work with IFS Ops, ASU, EBU to ensure the provision/uplift requirement and loading ratio of meals, dry store, and beverages meet the requirements of the services and the needs of passengers.
19. Ensure delivery meal on board as per schedule (OTP).
20. Ensure all agreements, contracts and legal documents with SKS Airways suppliers are in line with the company requirements and standards.

Purpose & Function

Responsibilities

1. A Nominated Post holder approved by CAAM as required under Civil Aviation Regulation 2016. Responsible for the management and supervision of cabin crew operations actives in the passenger cabin
2. Responsible for and liaison with all relevant government bodies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and other operationally relevant external entities, on issues relevant to the supporting systems required for an effective operation and in the interest of the company.
3. Responsible for managing and controlling Cabin Crew Operations workforce, to ensure crew acquire knowledge and skills to deliver the highest level of Cabin Operations delivery to meet Corporate, Safety & Security Regulatory Standards expected of the Company.
4. Support Inflight Services Department in relevant service, safety and quality activities and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements, organisational standards and approved procedures.

Qualifications
