Penerbangan komersial menggunakan pesawat jenis Twin Otter itu dikendalikan syarikat penerbangan SKS Airways Sdn Bhd dan boleh memuatkan 19 penumpang.

Sebagai permulaan, SKS Airways menyediakan perkhidmatan secara harian iaitu satu kali penerbangan pergi dan balik dari LTSAAS ke Pulau Pangkor dan penerbangan dua kali sehari pergi dan balik dari LTSAAS ke Lapangan Sultan Azlan Shah (LTSAS) di Ipoh.

2. Reopening of its airport from Oct 1 will boost Pangkor as duty-free island | THEEDGE22 May 2019

LUMUT (May 22): The reopening of Pangkor Airport on Oct 1 is expected to boost tourism and business on the resort island which will be a duty-free destination by early next year.

State Tourism, Arts and Culture Committee chairman Tan Kar Hing said an airline company, SKS Airways Sdn Bhd, is expected to begin its flights to the island from Subang Airport.

“This is good news for the people in Perak, particularly the residents of Pulau Pangkor, as we all know that this island will be duty-free from Jan 1, 2020.
